I have recently become 'sociable' on deviantart, more so than I used to be anyway. I have been joining and submitting to many groups, all full of very talented artists. I am particularly enjoying being part of these collage groups:

And I believe I have started 'watching' quite a few of you who 'watch' my works, thank you for that and my apologies if I have missed replying to your comments etc. Feel free to drop me a comment now and I will do my best to reply.

It wasn't until I started browsing groups that I realised what a strange virtual space deviantart can be. Many of the groups have rules which wouldn't look out of place in a facist regime. I find it amusing that, for example, 3 people can make a decision based on whether they think an artwork is 'good' enough to be submitted to a group. And also this notion that works in progress don't qualify as art, watching an artwork develop is one of the most beautiful things in the world.
Anyway, my grievances have been aired. I woke up cranky and that is my excuse!
